And it is the end of an year...😊 there are no tear floods to bid goodbye to the year but there are deep overwhelming sighs🙂 For me personally it was the most difficult year ever and I thank the almighty , my dear n near for let me pass through all those😊 The toughest of the decisions were taken this year and I dont think I regret it now but may or may not later... 26th Christmas too gets over... Did Santa come? I didnt know... I couldnt make any wish ... may be because of that he couldnt come and meet me😊 ... but this year I would make some secret wishes😎 haaa... I have one looong year to think about it💪🏼. Hope everybody had a perfect celebration❤️ Stay calm, peaceful and enjoy the new year too😊 ... Hope to meet you people soon...❤️

Tuesday it is🤥

And then another weekday opened with wide possibilities and yeah only for those who find it😌... The day started off with our group discussion where we were made to form as 8 groups to deliberate upon the merits, demerits and the prevention to cyber usage. The same was co -ordinated by our dear Achan as per the suggestion of dear Joju sir... I think the group leaders are supposed to present it tomorrow...Followed by dear Maya mam’s hour where we could deal with the abilities and competences of the teacher. She has attempted to give us a fair view of the syllabus which would be dealt in detail in the future... Thats a relief for us... The next hour was taken up by dear Joju sir who spent it judiciously to let us be aware of the cyber crimes . As he pointed out, the future teachers like us have so much to do take care of ,in this regard. During the next hours, the optional hours ,we could prepare the Christmas card for the competition conducted by the Maths optional people... we could f

MONday again weekdays again !!!

Haaa.... the sunny Monday morning brimmed with energy but I think the students lacked it due to the twooo lazy weekend days...Hey guys don't be sad. It is the Christmas season and the holidays are expected sooooon.. 😊 Coming back, the day started with the optional hours with dear Meekha mam where we had the continuation of an activity which expected us to write on our best and worst teacher... After listening to people's experiences, I think I feel really happy for myself for not having met a worse teacher.. and actually I don't feel like there are worse teachers or say human beings, may be their circumstances let them take the role of the baaad guy... Lets see... Rest of the hours were taken up by dear Joju sir who managed it well.  He introduced the difference between the Technology of Education and the Technology in Education. He has assigned us the topics to get the assignment done. Hmmmm... things are taking a different ACADEMIC turn it seems. Look forward to h

The D days——— 14th and 15th

I think there should be a rule that everyone in the world should get a standing ovation at least once in their lives.————- Palacio in his novel “Wonder”  Yea... It has been some time😒 since I have written to you people... Aaah! It seemed to be a looooong terrific journey... yes thats it.. The NAAC people bid goodbye...I think we were absolutely swamped . As far as I am concerned , I could only reach home after 7 pm for more than 5 days... We as a class worked really hard and we as a college did a spectacular job! We may or may not get the due result. But whatever be the final result, we were happily tied up for more than one week, working really hard and that itself does matter. Whenever  I reached late, I thought about our dear Principal and teachers who had their hands full. They had to manage their home too. I think they did exemplarily well! But the thing is, after all these busy working days , engaging weekends, we all were badly in need of a holiday and that too was granted🥰 Th

Poignant but blissful chapter

Another day at MTTC started with Joju sir's group session where we were given a task to be performed in groups. After the task, we were given a topic to deliberate upon. We were asked to quote the merits and demerits of technology in this current era. Within seconds, we found out that a rapport could be developed with even unfamiliar and new people, based on the work done. He concluded his class introducing to us the significance of social visits which we were heading for. The social visit was to Asha Sadan, a rehabilitation center to the poor, mentally challenged people. It was a poignant but an eye opening visit. The center is situated at Vettinad, near Vattappara, where  more than hundred inmates are offered shelter.  The people who manage the center gave a warm welcome to us. They could enlighten us on the circumstances from which the inmates have come from. The inmates were very neatly dressed and they seemed to be happy. A joy in their eyes amazed me. I believe we could make

The DAY

Another wonderful day just passed by. Each day has to be felt as each lesson, be it positive or negative. Then only, life feels to be lively. Philosophies apart, today was our class assembly day. The hours of hard work and togetherness found due result. We happily dispersed after the assembly. During the first hour, Ancy mam came to class after nearly one week..She seemed to be really happy today and while introducing the concepts of growth and development, the definitions and the differences between them, the class became more spirited. Since the class got extended due to NAAC mock visit, Ancy mam tried to explore the gifted people among us. Fr.Sujith , Bharat, Anitha , Ragi were offered a chance to perform. After sometime, the mock NAAC team came to our class too and they enlightened us with a few strategies to encounter the real day of accreditation. The efforts to keep the class neat, tidy and at the same time, creatively beautiful continued . We expect to complete each and every wo

Another better chapter!

Another bright sunny morning brought all of us together at the MTTC Campus. Unlike other days, we had to stay outside for some time since the office people were late today. Happily, some of us could roam around in the campus surroundings watching the small pond, observing the pack of fish at the small well near the Sandal tree. Thanks to the office people 😊. Coming to the academics, the first hour was handled by dear Gibi mam who helped us revise whatever was taught . She introduced the scope of educational psychology and the variables of learning.       After the interval, Elizabeth mam came up with an introductory but practical class on flower arrangement, held as a part of NAAC program. While studying in St Thomas, I could see people arranging flowers during the competitions but have never known the systematic way of organizing them. Thanks to Elizabeth mam who introduced the different nuances of practically arranging flowers. After the lunch at class, we rushed through the pl

Talent hunt day 2

Monday was sunny and loaded with expectations as we had the second day of talent hunt. As expected, we enjoyed a lot. We sang, danced, howled and what not. The perks of being a BEd student, may be. As far as the academics are concerned, we had the first hour led by dear Maya mam who dealt with the functions of education in a very detailed manner. In the second hour we could meet Shafi sir, who brought up another orientation-like programme on how to go further with the studies in the coming 2 years. He could suggest some valuable points with regard to the preparation of exams. Since Archana mam was busy, Shafi sir went on with general discussions, sharing his personal anecdotes regarding teaching. It surely gave new insights.  Today, we had the talent hunt of Malayalam and Social Science optionals respectively. Both the teams rocked and we could enjoy from the onset till the end. Joju sir came up with their evaluation where he stood as the source of ultimate inspiration who encouraged

Talent Hunt Strikes

It was the day we people waited for.. Our talent hunt day.. As we planned, we wore black. Though our Trio ,our dear boys didnt stick to our dress code, we were fine with whatever we were😊. The day began with the Psychology class by Archana mam. She introduced the various schools of Psychology and its principles. Due to the practice sessions, we couldn't attend the Holy mass which is conducted on every first Friday of the month. After a quick lunch ,we got back to work. There were many people who reached on time to support us. Our teachers were also present. Rest of the two hours, we rocked and stole the show.. Not only us but also the Maths people... We did it❤️😊 ... The songs and the dances shook us in joy... We really had fun... Looking forward to More programmes, More fun, More happiness... After the programmes Maya mam did inspiringly evaluate our performances and made us even more content. Thanks to the Management, The Principal , The teachers, especially Meekha mam for inte

Third Chapter :)

The third chapter of the first volume went well. Encounter with some old familiar faces made the day more exciting. The day began with the Yoga class which will be continued till the end of the semester. Personally, I was looking for a Yoga trainer who could handle the students very peacefully, hereby the search ends. Though I forgot the Yoga teacher's name, he could impart some valuable yogic and posture suggestions that should be  taken forth in day to day life. But it was Asha mam who stole the show today. As a part of the  Bridge course for professionals in English as a foriegn language , Dr Asha. A.K explored the dimensions of the need of communicating very well, especially in English. As she said, I would also strongly believe that it is the communicative capability of the teachers which prompts the students to be better learners. Since Ancy mam was held up in a meeting, Joju sir engaged us with an interactive session for sometime. Talent hunt being at hand, the next hour co

The Second day!

The day at college started with the Assembly. I could rush through my school memories of  2013, the last year at school were Assembly was a part of the routine. Coming back to the assembly at MTTC, Malayalam people who conducted it today indeed did a great job. They could set a model in the systematic way of arranging people and programmes. The segment which I liked the most in their programme was the campus news which presented a productive platform to criticise the college. Their association name, Pragathi was revealed by the Principal. New students including myself got another opportunity to introduce ourselves. With regard to academics, we had Optionals as the first period where I could meet our mam Ms Meegha who seemed very nice. Giby mam and Maya mam engaged our class with Educational Psychology and Educational Philosophy respectively. While the former dealt with the features of  psychology, the latter explored the nuances of music therapy while dealing with the definitions of e
