The Third chapter of the Induction programme


 And yes... we have come to the end of the third day of the induction programme at Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya.We all had plans for the day in the morning itself... It was the EXPLORATION day... we went to the nooks and corners of the school and yes we really had a great time visiting all the classes, the labs, The Atal centre and especially the children’s play area 😁. After so many years, we got to be at the rides, the see-saw and the swings. That was yet  another trip through the childhood memories❤️. We could find out how  the areas are maintained systematically and kept neatly. The lab technicians disclosed their concerns regarding the children who could never spend time for the practicals in the lab during the pandemic. We are lucky enough to have completed our school and college days in the pre-pandemic era. 

Let us the hope for the Better days...

In the afternoon we could complete the evaluation of the class magazines of the higher secondary section. We got really amazed with their creative, expressive attitudes.❤️ Looking forward to more memorable experiences.

Amidst the Gandhian Thoughts

 Yet another happy day which started off with Gandhi Dharshan programmes inaugurated by Dr. Jacob Pulikken, Director, Gandhi Dharshan. The programme began with a beautiful dance programme of std 7 kids which was a colourful one.Another Student , Abhinav dressed up as Gandhiji, who let us remember the importance of his eternal thoughts of truthfulness and non violence.The guest was welcomed by the Head Mistress of St Gorettis HS, Sr Acquina. As teacher trainees, we could offer our selfless help to ensure proper co-ordination of the programme.Student Police Cadets also contributed well for the programme. Looking forward to more programmes in the last phase at this school.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST

A diagnostic test was held for the students which is a form of test where teachers can evaluate students' strengths, weaknesses, knowledge and skills before their instruction. These assessments are typically low-stakes and usually don't count for grades. Most of the students were present for the test. In contrast with the achievement test, diagnostic test used the grammar portions only to check the students. Most of the students performed very well in the test securing good marks.
