The second last day at SCV☺️



 Aaah... and thats the end of the second last day of the induction programme and the end is at hand☺️

This would be the most memorable day of our induction programme. Yes.. it was the school re-opening day of the students from KG section to 9th standard. Imagine  those munchkins coming to their second home, their school for the first time ever☺️❤️ We all were overwhelmed watching the  kids with their little bags ,struggling with the masks😒, waving goodbyes to their dear ones waiting outside ☺️ and what not. We could observe the school assembly and we got the chance to stay with the children taking care of them. Above all, we were lucky enough to accompany the teachers at the pre-primary and primary classes. 😊Along with Arya , I could attend to the sweetest ever children of the class UKG❤️ Aww... what a loveable experience was that! I couldn't think of more happy moments. We could sit with the children and help them with the English alphabets. We really got surprised meeting some whiz kids who could finish the work in no time. Not some, but each of them was precious like gold. May God bless you children❤️. We would never forget this sweetest experience in the lifetime.

In the afternoon, we continued evaluating the class magazines. The children could maintain high standards in their work. Looking forward to the last day at SVC, as part of the induction programme 2022.

Amidst the Gandhian Thoughts

 Yet another happy day which started off with Gandhi Dharshan programmes inaugurated by Dr. Jacob Pulikken, Director, Gandhi Dharshan. The programme began with a beautiful dance programme of std 7 kids which was a colourful one.Another Student , Abhinav dressed up as Gandhiji, who let us remember the importance of his eternal thoughts of truthfulness and non violence.The guest was welcomed by the Head Mistress of St Gorettis HS, Sr Acquina. As teacher trainees, we could offer our selfless help to ensure proper co-ordination of the programme.Student Police Cadets also contributed well for the programme. Looking forward to more programmes in the last phase at this school.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST

A diagnostic test was held for the students which is a form of test where teachers can evaluate students' strengths, weaknesses, knowledge and skills before their instruction. These assessments are typically low-stakes and usually don't count for grades. Most of the students were present for the test. In contrast with the achievement test, diagnostic test used the grammar portions only to check the students. Most of the students performed very well in the test securing good marks.
