MONday again weekdays again !!!

     Haaa.... the sunny Monday morning brimmed with energy but I think the students lacked it due to the twooo lazy weekend days...Hey guys don't be sad. It is the Christmas season and the holidays are expected sooooon.. 😊 Coming back, the day started with the optional hours with dear Meekha mam where we had the continuation of an activity which expected us to write on our best and worst teacher... After listening to people's experiences, I think I feel really happy for myself for not having met a worse teacher.. and actually I don't feel like there are worse teachers or say human beings, may be their circumstances let them take the role of the baaad guy... Lets see... Rest of the hours were taken up by dear Joju sir who managed it well.  He introduced the difference between the Technology of Education and the Technology in Education. He has assigned us the topics to get the assignment done. Hmmmm... things are taking a different ACADEMIC turn it seems.

Amidst the Gandhian Thoughts

 Yet another happy day which started off with Gandhi Dharshan programmes inaugurated by Dr. Jacob Pulikken, Director, Gandhi Dharshan. The programme began with a beautiful dance programme of std 7 kids which was a colourful one.Another Student , Abhinav dressed up as Gandhiji, who let us remember the importance of his eternal thoughts of truthfulness and non violence.The guest was welcomed by the Head Mistress of St Gorettis HS, Sr Acquina. As teacher trainees, we could offer our selfless help to ensure proper co-ordination of the programme.Student Police Cadets also contributed well for the programme. Looking forward to more programmes in the last phase at this school.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST

A diagnostic test was held for the students which is a form of test where teachers can evaluate students' strengths, weaknesses, knowledge and skills before their instruction. These assessments are typically low-stakes and usually don't count for grades. Most of the students were present for the test. In contrast with the achievement test, diagnostic test used the grammar portions only to check the students. Most of the students performed very well in the test securing good marks.
