 After long days of waiting, waiting and waiting, finally we could get together for the Capacity Building Programme and Inauguration of the Psychology Club along with the Psychology exhibition.Just after the inauguration of our club, we got engaged in pur Capacity building programme under the guidance of Dr Prakash Ramakrishnan, Soft skills trainer and Success Coach. The session lasted for nearly 2 hours which was immensely informative and entertaining. My dear dearest Veena P L was chosen as the STAR of the day😘… After the programme, we got a significant privilege to host  the higher secondary students of St Gorrette’s School to watch the exhibition which was the collaborative effort of all of us…  It was again a wonderful opportunity to prove ourselves worthy. Thank God❤️😊

 After loooooooooooong wait, we had our one day trip which became a reservoir of memories. These memories were created together by all of  us. We started off our journey to Thenmala on November 5th morning itself and reached there by 10:20 AM. I think these happy pictures speak a lot than my words about our journey.

 And the long wait is over… we got to start our demonstration classes.. Four of our dear seniors namely Jis, Uthara, Megha, Varsha came to engage us in an extremely significant manner presenting us before activity, ICT, and model oriented classes. They could do a great job ..Most of us were really awestruck at their way of dealing with the children in a friendly manner…The students from St Johns also were nice…They answered the questions immediately…They could make the classes effective.. We are going to begin the criticism classes on Friday….Looking forward to an engaging week…. In the afternoon we had the talent hunt sessions where the juniors introduced themselves along with their talents…

 Yet another eventful day at Mar Theophilus College. Today, the two day long Annual Sports Meet 2022 came to an end under the clean supervision of our dear George sir. The program was jointly conducted by NISARGA, the college union of 2020-22 and ADWITHIYA,  the college union of 2021-23. After nearly 10 years, I got to participate in a sport events like 50m and 100m running race. and AAH! I have started experiencing the pain 😌. I could compere the whole event, which made me super happy. Ruby and Emerald house became the winners of the Sports meet.  

 ജീവിതത്തിൽ അധികം ഉള്ളു തുറന്ന് സന്തോഷിക്കാൻ വളരെ പേടിയുള്ള വ്യക്തിയെന്ന നിലക്ക് ഇന്നത്തെ ദിവസം ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത അനുഭവമായി. ഏതാണ്ട് ആറുവര്ഷത്തിനുശേഷം ആണ് ഒരു കലാലയത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അതായത് വീണ്ടും ഒരു വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയായി ഓണം ആഘോഷിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരം കിട്ടുന്നത്. ആ അവസരം നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്നുള്ള കൃതാര്ഥതയോടു കൂടിയാണ് ഇതെഴുതുന്നത്. ഒരുപാട് നാളുകൾക്ക് ശേഷം സ്വയം മറന്ന് ആഘോഷിച്ച ദിവസം. പ്രിയ കൂട്ടുകാരുടെ കൂടിയുള്ള കളികളും ,പാട്ടും, ഡാൻസും എല്ലാം തന്നെ ഈദിവസത്തെ സന്തോഷാബഹുലമാക്കി... ഓണസദ്യയെക്കുറിച്ച പ്രത്യേകം എടുത്ത്  പറയണം... ഒരുപാട് പരിമിതികൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി തയാറാക്കിയ സദ്യയും അടിപൊളിയായി എന്ന വേണം പറയാൻ... ഒരുപാട് തുള്ളികളിച്ചതിന്റെ ക്ഷീണമുണ്ട് കൂട്ടത്തിൽ പത്തു ദിവസത്തിലും ചെയ്ത തീരാത്തത്ര ജോലിയും.  നല്ലൊരു ഓണാഘോഷം സമ്മാനിച്ചതിന് കോളേജിനോടും കൂട്ടുകാരോടും അതിനൊക്കെ മുകളിലായി ദൈവത്തോടും നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു.  എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഓണാശംസകൾ.😃

As we all know this is the 76th year of Independence day coming up. As we have passed successfully through those 75 years after getting independence, it is the year of celebrations. We also celebrate our Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav with an invited talk by Mrs Mathu Saji, the senior sub-editor of Mathrubhumi News. It was one of the beautiful talk sessions I have ever attended. As she happens to be my relative, I was really excited to have her in my college to celebrate the Independence day. She shared some of valuable opinions regarding the true essence of independence as well as freedom. After the talk. we had an interactive q and a session where she encountered the questions fearlessly. Post the Q n A session, Prajitha from Social science, put forth some valid points regarding the issues faced by the minority sections who remain under privileged even after these much years of Indian Independence. In the afternoon, the students took part in cultural events recalling the true nature of Nati...

Today, on August 10, in the commemoration of the Hiroshima- Nagasaki week, an Anti-war talk was conducted followed by a photograph exhibition. The talk was presided by our dear principal. Dr. K.Y.Benedict sir who held difference in opinion in naming the talk as anti war and not love friendly.  The talk was headed by Dr, Thomasukutty P.G., Vice- Principal, Mar Gregorius Law College, Nalanchira. He could effectively enlighten us regarding the horrors of war approaching it from a law perspective. The chief guest inaugurated the photo exhibition which consisted of the photographs that reflected the poignant realities of war in people's lives. It was yet another wonderful day at college where we could receive a group of school students from the schools nearby, mainly from Sarvodaya schools. The children could keenly observe the issues resulted to war. As the representatives future of our country, they need to realize the importance of peace and they need to negate the existence of hatre...
